Squeeze a half-pea-sized amount of gel into the brush tip of the vial and brush onto each tooth before use with GLO device.
Just GLO and go! No spitting or rinsing is required. Safe to swallow, as hydrogen peroxide breaks down cleanly into water and oxygen.
Repeat for 5-10 days or until desired results are achieved and as needed for maintenance.
