Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are an international customer without a US mailing address, please check our Authorized Retailers list to see whether any of our partners ship to your country.
US orders are typically processed and shipped out on the same or next business day. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for ground delivery.
For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please provide a physical street address for delivery, as we cannot deliver expedited shipments to PO boxes. Due to shipping delays related to COVID-19, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses may take a bit longer to arrive. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Please note that we ship all orders out on the same or next business day. However, we cannot control any coronavirus-related shipping delays that might offer once your order is in the hands of our carriers. That said, the vast majority of our customers are receiving their orders within the normal delivery windows noted here.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day, 100% money back guarantee on any product purchased from gloscience.com. We'll even cover your return shipping!* If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you purchased a GLO Science product from another seller, your purchase is covered under that seller's return policy and should be handled directly with that seller. You can find a list of GLO Authorized Retailers here.
After 30 days, please refer to our GLO Science One Year Limited Warranty.

*GLO Science will provide prepaid return labels to continental US addresses only. If you live outside the continental US, you will be responsible for shipping your product return back to GLO.
Refund Policy
You are qualified for a full refund if you are not satisfied for any reason about your purchase, and you initiate a return of your product within 30 days of purchase for a FULL refund. Once your refund is approved, you should expect to the refund be processed and returned to you within 5-7 days.
